Upon your order being complete:

I will have it packaged and to the post office within 3 business days.

You will an email confirmation with a tracking number.

Each piece is shipped with full insurance coverage.

It will arrive in a secured package to ensure there is no damage to your piece. If there is, please see the FAQ's page

*With custom pieces, I invest hours and take great care with each one so they do take time. I can promise that I will be working diligently on them to keep the orders rolling through while keeping quality as the highest priority.
Return & Exchange Policy
Non-custom pieces:

Within 7 days of the return of the non-damaged product purchase a refund of your money will be added using the payment method originally used.

If shipped, and the piece is damaged upon arrival, please take and send a picture to me of the damaged piece within 24-hours of your receiving it so I can refund or send a replacement of the product as soon as possible.
Custom orders:

Non-refundable due to their personalized nature.
