How much do pet portraits cost?Prices vary depending on the size of the piece and individual image. Custom pet portraits ornaments are $49.99. A wood slice, barn wood or canvas pet portrait that is approximately 5”x 7” is $64.75 (includes portrait work, canvas, and an elegant gloss white gift box is provided for any portraits under 12"). Sizes and prices go up accordingly from there. *Each piece is truly unique and price varies based on the piece specifics. Just send me a clear photo of the pet(s) and we can talk details then I can get you a quote. *Shipping & Handling is not included with the listed price. Please see Shipping & Returns

Can you do multiple pets in one drawing?It depends on your reference photos. Some photos work really well together and can make a great composition, but others do not; in which case I will suggest a set of coordinating separate pieces instead.

What kind of photos do you need?The clearer the better. Head shots are preferred. I can best capture the personality of your pet when it’s a close-up. Natural Daylight is also the best.

Can you make up the details if my photo is low quality?Generally, no. I use the photo like a map, each pet is truly unique in its markings and it is very difficult to create those unknown details. If a low quality photo is the only one available, as is the case with most memorial projects, email it to me and we can discuss your options. If I am able to piece together a low quality picture a small restoration fee will be added.

Will you do people portraits?I only do charcoal portraits of people, due to the detail needed to ensure a true likeness. Matting and framing is available at an additional cost.

My friend/Spouse/child’s birthday is next week. Can you make me a portrait by then?Generally, no. I am usually booked out several weeks, sometimes months in advance and all custom work is honored as a first-come, first-served basis.

When do I pay for my custom items?A minimum of 50% deposit will be required when we finalize your order. This helps me buy the supplies needed before starting your piece.

Will you take returns?If the piece is damaged upon arrival, please take and send a picture to me of the damaged piece within 24-hours of your receiving it. The damaged piece will be returned to me and I will refund or try to send a replacement of the product as soon as possible. *Please see

How long does shipping take?Upon your order being complete, I will have it packaged and to the post office within 3 business days. I will then send you the tracking number so we can both follow its journey. Depending on the piece, the distance it has to travel and time of year, it usually takes anywhere from 3 days to 2 weeks in my experience.

When an individual purchases something from my shop, they provide their personal information (such as name, address, email) in order to receive their item. This constitutes as an agreement for me to process and use this data for the purpose intended.
